Fully customisable
Your reports can have as much detail as you want – everything in a report can be turned on or off via your account settings controls.
Multiple users on same account
Set up individual logins for your agents and assign instructions to them. Vehicle inspectors are then responsible for the reports they complete.
User permissions
Managers can log in with an Admin level to manage the Inspect & Collect account, while Agents get access only to the vehicle inspection tools and auction receipts.
DVLA vehicle look ups
Save time when adding vehicles’ details by using DVLA to look up vehicle data for automatic form filling.
Detailed damage reports
A detailed report records location of any issues, their type, severity, inspector’s notes, and watermarked photos, both of a vehicle’s exterior and interior using an interactive flattened vehicle diagram for your data entry. Simple checklists facilitate further rapid recording.
Auction receipts
When you bring the vehicle to auction, fill in a quick checklist to confirm receipt, and get the auction house signature.
Watermarked photos
All photos are watermarked with the time and date, vehicle reg, name of the user that took the photo, and your company name.
Follow-on reports
Follow-on reports import the data from a vehicle’s most recent report into a new report, so you don't need to enter any old damage again.
Customer signature
You can obtain the customers’ signature to sign off a report directly on the phone/tablet.

Export to branded PDF
Once completed and signed off, your report is immediately converted into a PDF document that can then be sent directly from the phone/tablet to your customer. All reports are filed online and are available to users with manager level permissions from their main Dashboard. You can also brand all of your reports with your own company logo.
